Dinsos Jemput Bola Fasilitasi Kamis Dapatkan Akte Kelahiran

MUSI RAWAS – Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Musi Rawas terus membuat inovasi dalam memberikan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat khususnya Keluarga Miskin (KAMIS). Selasa (24/07/2018) Kepala Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Musi Rawas, Agus Susanto didampingi oleh Kasi Kesos Kecamatan Tugumulyo, Perangkat Desa Wukirsari dan Pendamping PKH menyerahkan secara langsung Akte Kelahiran kepada Asmawati dan Nanik Triyani yang baru melahirkan anaknya yang termasuk dalam KAMIS.

Pada kesempatan itu, Kadinsos Mura mengungkapkan inovasi jembut bola untuk KAMIS ini dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat miskin. Pihaknya telah berkoordinasi dengan dinas kependudukan catatan sipil Kabupaten Musi Rawas untuk melayani pengurusan Administrasi Kependudukan bagi masyarakat Miskin.

Selain itu, kegiatan ini merupakan uji coba dinas sosial dalam memfasilitasi keluarga Miskin untuk mendapatkan Akte Kelahiran, Agus berharap melalui program ini kedepannya setiap keluarga miskin melahirkan maka esoknya langsung mendapatkan akte kelahiran. Kegiatan ini juga merupakan bentuk dukungan dan pengembangan layanan Sistem Layanan Rujukan Terpadu Kementerian Sosial RI.

Atas aksi yang dilakukan oleh Dinsos Mura ini, Asmawati dan Nanik Triyani mengaku sangat bersyukur atas perhatian bagi keluarga mereka atas kedatangan kandinsos beserta rombongannya. Asmawati mengucapkan terimah kasih atas diberikannya Akte Kelahiran anaknya yang baru lahir.

Diungkapkan Asma, Program ini sangat bermanfaat bagi dirinya, dengan diterimanya akte kelahiran ini maka telah ada pengakuan dari Negara ini atas diri anaknya. Dirinya mengucapkan terimah kasih kepada Bupati Musi Rawas dan Dinas Sosial serta Pendamping Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang telah memperhatikan masyarakat khususnya keluarga miskin.

Diakuinya, ketika melahirkan, keluarganya didatangi oleh seorang PKH yang menanyakan persoalan kehamilan dan informasi kelahiran anaknya. Dirinya awalnya merasa bingung mengapa PKH ini menanyakan soal kelahiran anaknya, namun kedatangan kadinsos ini menjawab semua pertanyaan dalam keluarganya.

Sementara itu, perangkat desa wukirsari, Yusuf mengaku sangat berterimakasih kepada Kadinsos yang telah membantu mengurus Akte kelahiran untuk anak dari keluarga miskin di desanya diakuinya hal ini ini sangat surprise buat pemerintah desa dan keluarga penerima karena selama ini belum pernah ada yang seperti ini dan dirinya berharap program ini terus dilanjutkan karena sangat membantu masyarakat miskin.

Pada kesempatan itu, salah satu PKH Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Musi Rawas, Eri Rahmat mengungkapkan dalam pengurusan Akte kelahiran untuk keluarga miskin ini tidak memungut biaya sepeserpun atau gratis dan pihaknya bersama kadinsos langsung mengantarkan langsung ke warga yang bersangkutan. (*)
